Software

The source code is available in the GitLab Repository.

It includes the code of the following components:
1. Main Module, which provides a set of containers with WebProtégé, Neo4j, MongoDB, Kafka, and Zookeeper;
2. Machine Learning component, which contains the code for predictions making and model (re-)training.
